It is an interesting representation of another apparent alternate Earth which may be an exact duplicate of our home world. And it is approaching our planet and will soon be close enough to visit. Earth Gong in between. This event is called a “Sound bath” because you are bathed in sound, while remaining fully clothed in a comfortable position. Bring your own yoga mat if you prefer to lie on the floor. The vibrations of the Tibetan Singing Bowls and Earth Gong coax the brain into Alpha and/or Theta states, resulting in the autonomic nervous system switching to parasympathetic dominance. When the brain goes into Alpha or Theta it then slows our heart rate, lowers blood pressure, releases stored tension and toxins, and more.

Movie & Discussion: Painting the Future

“Painting the Future” is an apt title for this just released Hay House gem. Ron Marasco, (Illusion, The Shift), a Hay House favorite, stars as Jonathan, a famous painter that has lost his sight, and his way.

A young girl makes a believer out of a blind disillusioned painter is the quick version of this film, but that would vastly understate it’s true import and impact. Add the superb performances of Ron Marasco as the all over the place emotional disaster Jonathan, who bottoms our beautifully

on screen, and Tanya Romero, as the wonderfully wise nine year old who leads Jonathan out of his darkness, and you are closer to the whole message.

Jonathan’s journey into darkness, despair and bitterness is interrupted when he crosses life paths with Lupe, a nine year old girl played with amazing distinction by Tanya Romero. Lupe’s “I can do it” perspective clashes with Jonathans “nobody can do that” dogma. Add an unforeseen plot twist to Lupe’s powerful positive mind set, and you have, not just film for the whole family, but a must see.

The screenplay is based upon the teachings of Louise Hay, and others, about how your thoughts create your reality.

The interview following “Painting the Future” with Louise Hay and Cheryl Richardson is a delight to watch as they unfold their spiritual philosophy and relate it to the film, and life itself. This poignant film is all about how we create our life with out beliefs, thoughts, and words. I wish the film and the interview could have been longer.

The first of a four film anthology, “Painting the Future” is an outstanding introduction to the series, themed “Tales of Everyday Magic.” The full anthology includes, “My Greatest Teacher” hosted by Wayne Dyer; “Entanglement” hosted by Gregg Braden; and “The Magic Hand of Chance”

Hosted by Michael Goorjian. Goorjian directed all four episodes in the anthology. The musical score in each of these films is beautifully created by Ethan Lipton, (The Shift), and enhances the experience of watching each story unfold Each film has a 48 minute running time followed by a 60 minute interview with the host.
