Balancing your chakras improves your health and well-being, physically, mentally and emotionally. When your chakras are in balance you experience a long-lasting feeling of well-being every day of your life. Chakras are like the power stations of our body, bringing it to life, and keeping it healthy. Each chakra serves a particular function to make us healthy by governing the chi or energy flow in certain regions in our body, and they need to be totally in balance for us to feel good. Cultivating and enhancing these chakras is vital to sustain our health systematically and prevent us from being ill. Knowledge of the chakra system and it’s importance, as well as developed practices to enhance and energize them, is true ancient wisdom. Individual sessions usually last 15 minutes. Reservation is required.
